Production Support Analyst

Requirements:

• Strong MS SQL Querying/Scripting skills
• Healthcare industry experience (Medicare and Medicaid preferred)
• Strong knowledge of X12/EDI claims data (837I/837P preferred)
• Ability to understand and execute technical concepts
• Organized and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team as needed
• Problem solver, resourceful, quick learner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior Operations or Production support
• Experience with ETL Mapping preferred
• Knowledge of Edifecs, TIBCO Foresight products preferred

Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

• Ensures all data is loaded per SLAs
• Ensures all extracts/reports are generated and delivered on time
• Creates, maintains and updates all data exchange documentation
• Attends/represents on all client services meetings
• Works with client services to understand the data elements required
• Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan
• Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned
