Account Executive

General Summary of Duties: Supports Client Services in both day to day and long-term development activities. Analyzes and troubleshoots system and reporting issues. Reviews new IT release functionality and new reports to ensure achievement of desired business results. Provides support for quality assurance efforts on outgoing data extracts and reports.

Duties and Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited to)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Travel Requirements: May require up to 10% for travel to HRP headquarters, client sites and conferences.

Education: Bachelors degree preferred in Health or Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.

Experience: Understanding of Medicare or health claims, and healthcare systems.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions: Must be able to travel to remote work sites, carry laptop and lift work files up to 25 lbs. Must be able to operate standard office equipment.
